Palm Beach, Australia

We spent one of our last days in Sydney renting a car and driving up to the Northern Beaches. Our first stop was the highest point of Palm Beach where they film Home and Away. It was an amazing day weather wise with the temperature over 30 degrees. The sea was relatively calm so we got in and had a dip before continuing our drive back down the coast exploring more beaches.

Just before we headed home we stopped off at Balmoral Beach as we'd heard it was really beautiful. The water was so still and warm I couldn't believe we were still in Sydney. Normally the water here is freezing and very choppy. Most of the beaches are a surfers paradise. We were able to go really far out with the water staying shallow and were able to swim as if we were in a pool. So much fun!

I can't wait to see even more beaches as we drive up the east coast of Australia!
