A weekend away at Town Farm Cottage

This weekend I drove up to a little town near Northampton to visit the lovely Katy from Little Winter, with Steph from Stephanie Dreams. 

Katy lives in the cutest little cottage with her boyfriend, kitten and hamster. Her house is so pretty with lots of heart shaped bits, flowers and white furniture! Pretty much exactly how I envisage my future home. 

On arrival we had a grand tour and then headed to Asda to stock up on pizza, sweets, chocolate, crisps, bacon, eggs and heart shaped waffles! To have on heart shaped plates for breakfast ;) We then settled in for a night of gossip, karaoke, tacky Saturday night tv and a medley of 90's tunes we thought we'd forgot! And we each confessed our love for a different Blazin' Squad member! Haha.

The next morning we rustled up a pretty tasty breakfast of waffles with bacon, scrambled egg and maple syrup, accompanied by a bowl of cherries, glass of juice and cup of tea! After a few classic blogger outfit shots we had to say goodbye and head home. 

It was such a nice weekend, just to get away for the night and go somewhere new. I loved it so much that I'm off to stay at Katy's again in a fortnight, you just can't get rid of me Katy!

And Steph was treated to a few diversions on the way home, and a mildly panicked Kim facing no diesel in a car with no working fuel gauge and the A14/M6 having no services!!! But we made it home safe and sound :)
