Nourish Relax Hydrating Peptide Serum – £20*
If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you may remember my previous posts about organic skincare brand Nourish. Earlier this year I blogged about their Cell Protect Body Cream,
and a couple of Christmas’ ago I featured their Argan Beauty Collection
. Having become familiar with the brand, it’s definitely one I will continue to use and re-visit when looking for a new skincare product.
Not only is Nourish an organic brand, but they also pride themselves on being cruelty free, and therefore vegan. Although not a vegan myself, having a best friend that is, certainly highlights vegan beauty products, or rather the lack there of.
This latest product to join my collection is a relaxing and cooling hydrating serum, that has been designed to leave the skin looking healthy. Created for sensitive skin, this serum also helps reduce any irritation your skin might have, whilst soothing the skin with its cooling texture.
Although I’m not normally of fan of scented products, due to the sensitivity of my skin, this lavender based scent smells beautiful. And because I know that the serum has been made with sensitive skin in mind, it won’t irritate me.
I use this peptide serum as part of my night time routine now, as it leaves my face and neck relaxed. At first touch the serum is slightly wet, however it absorbs almost instantly, leaving no sticky feeling behind, like many others do.
Last month Nourish teamed up with the Soil Association on a very important campaign title #campaign4clarity
, which ran in conjunction with Organic September.
“Organic has become the buzzword in beauty for brands to use, but it doesn’t always stand true. Unlike organic food, there is currently no legal standard in place for organic beauty, although normal trading standards law should prevent false claims being made”. At Nourish we are passionate about producing high quality, organic and honest products, so we are excited to be able to help make change within the industry.
Although my post is a little late, I still wanted to spread the word about Nourish’s fantastic work, and equally fantastic organic products! Have you tried any of Nourish’s products before? Do you think about cruelty free when you buy your beauty essentials?
