Ingredients: Chocolate, sweet popcorn and honeycomb pieces (normally used to decorate cakes)
I got the idea of making this from Becky’s blog when she melted white chocolate and added lots of sweets to it. Well I had some sweet popcorn left over so thought I’d mix it up a little.
I simply melted 2 big bars of chocolate, spread the liquid mixture onto a baking tray that was lined with grease proof paper and then sprinkled all the bits on top. I think put the entire thing in the fridge for 20-30mins and hey presto! You can then break it up into smaller pieces to share. You could really use anything to decorate it. I found these honeycomb pieces in my cake decorating cupboard so whacked them in to and it all tasted pretty good 🙂
