As I unwrapped this gorgeous bouquet of pink roses from Tesco, I thought to my self – ‘I don’t think I’ve ever received 24 long stemmed roses before’ – and what a showstopper of a bouquet they are! They look absolutely magnificent in this large glass vase of mine. I absolutely adore them!
Even in a vase of this size, the roses were so grand that I had to cut quite a few inches off their stems. I also snipped a few of the lower leaves off so that the stems would fit comfortably into the neck of the vase, but as you can see they still boast a great deal of foliage. I’m very impressed with their size, and full body. Each rose is perfect!
I have bought many bouquets of flowers from Tesco before, both online and in store, but have never bought myself a bouquet from their Valentine’s collection. With over 15 different bouquets online, ranging in price from £20 to £70, they have a bunch of flowers for all budgets. Whilst I love my pink roses intertwined with gypsophila, they also sell the classic Valentine’s Day red roses, oriental lilies, tulips, and even roses touched with glitter for the more sparkly of us!
With the big day only a little while away, I would suggest placing your order in advance, to guarantee delivery. Even if I didn’t have Stew to treat to me to flowers like this, I would most definitely treat myself! Flowers are something that gives me so much pleasure. They brighten up the home and give a beautiful smell to the room. I am always instantly more up beat if there are flowers to greet me each morning. I often buy a fresh bunch at the weekend. Plus why not treat yourself on Valentine’s? Cupid’s day doesn’t only have to be for couples. It’s just as much about loving yourself as it is someone else. Or why not surprised a friend or perhaps a sister or mother instead? I can’t imagine there’s any woman who wouldn’t enjoy being surprised with a bouquet of roses at this time of year!
