Homemade Hummus


1 can chickpeas, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 lemon juice, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil

Drain a can of chickpeas so that only half of their juice is available, pour into a bowl. Add 1 clove of crushed garlic, squirt a quarter of a lemon in, add salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend until smooth or as chunky as you like it :)

  1. Yumm! My Mum has made humous before, but I never realised how easy it was. Must try! I love carrot sticks dipped in, mmmm :) Crisps are good too! Infact most savoury foods are! :D x
