Ok so I am certainly not a beauty blogger and tend to do pretty much nothing with my hair other than straighten it or put a few waves in it with my hair straighteners. However I have had my hair dryer for quite some time now and could do with a new one. I've been looking at these hair dryers and diffusers and there seems to be a massive price range. My current hair dryer I doubt cost all that much. So is it worth investing in an expensive one? Do they do anything better?
I aslo own some hair rollers which I used for a 50's dress up evening once. I've heard heated rollers can be really good but I have no idea where to start when looking for them. I've been looking at these hot and cool hair rollers from Argos. The Enrapture ones look amazing and I've heard great things about the brand but £75 seems an awful lot. Do you own heated hair rollers? Are they easy to use?

I have the tresemme hair dryer and it works fine for me! Also the enrapture rollers are apparently great but I'm pretty sure they're cheaper on amazon or ebay? they were £30 on argos before now they've gone back up! I regret not getting them now >.<
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure about hairdryers, if I need one I usually get them for Christmas but I don't think spending more than £25/30 is necessary! I have the Enrapture rollers and I do like them BUT I find that the curls don't last very long. What i've started doing is using the big ones for the top half of my head for volume and wave and then using my GHD's for the bottom of my head to make sure a loose curl stays in.
ReplyDeleteHope this helps!!x
I have the the Nicky Clarke rollers and I don't know if it's just me, but I find them incredibly hard to use. My hair always looks rubbish after using them too :(. The velcro sleep in rollers are meant to be really good so I'm thinking of maybe buying them and giving them a try.

I have the Enrapture rollers and I do like the volume they create but I can't figure out how to use them to actually curl my hair and not look crap. I've only used them a few times but for volume they are a goodie.
ReplyDeleteAs far as hair dryers go, I've got a Toni & Guy one that I've had for about 5 years and it's great, pretty effective and better than a lot of other ones I've used round peoples houses etc....if that helps!
Im a religious ghd user with naturally frizzy hair, so its always straight! I love my tresemme hairdryer!
